Le’Myrtle Farmhouse Ale

Le’ Myrtle Farmhouse Ale is a nod to the home of crazy beer  – ‘Belgium’,  with a twist of modernity. With local Australian Lemon Myrtle combined with American citra hops,  citrus esters are lifted by a carefully selected strain of yeast  up to the task. With the addition of some traditional herbs – lemon thyme, rosemary and parsley to help round out the botanical aroma. This lovely drop finishes quite dry and crisp on the palate with a hint of a creamy mouthfeel to hide the booze well.
