Cherry Mole Pastry Sour
Given our last collab with Phat Brew Club, Big-DIPA, was such a smash hit, we thought we better get the band back together quick! This time round, we’ve turned up the heat to bring you dessert with a little bit of fire in its belly! Think “Cherry Ripe from the wrong side of the tracks” – a rich-yet- fresh pastry sour featuring cherry, ancho chilli and Dutch cocoa powder.
Ingredients: Barley, oats, wheat, lactose, tetra, yeast, water, cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, ancho chilli and cocoa.
